The hook up culture.

Call me soppy or lame but I really hate this 'Hook up" culture we are living in today which has become the new 'normal'. I hate that people see other humans who have emotions and feelings as quick and easy disposal trash for their own benefit. I despise that some people could care less about how you feel, or use you to their convenience and have no remorse what so ever.
It gives me great aversion that some people take good and kind hearted individuals for granted. I loathe that sex is now just a means to get off and not deemed a way to build intimacy and trust. I rancor that chivalry is so rare so when you do find it it feels super foreign! I hate that people have to play games testing your intelligence just to keep somebody interested because keeping it real means that you're "too emotional" or "too thirsty". I deteste that we have built walls so high forgetting that not everybody is a climber. There so so many things I hate about this hookup culture but my main concern regarding this topic is that now if you tell somebody you like them or love them it comes attached with the fear of no response and everything to disappear like nothing ever happened. 

I totally understand why you might find it a appealing thing to do, no responsibilities, bit of fun and no commitments means more time for yourself. But people need to recognise the importance of being real from the start because all i’m seeing is broken and lost people with low self esteem and trust issues as a result of this.
